Greek Style Baked Meatballs

These Healthy Greek Style Baked Meatballs can be made with chicken breast mince or turkey breast mince and are SO easy to make. Low fat, gluten free, clean eating friendly, low carb, high protein and there is even a paleo/grain free option!

Ingredients (makes around 2 dozen)


*You can also use lamb/pork/beef mince, depending on your tastes and what you have available! **Find out more about oats on a gluten free diet. If you can't tolerate oats/don't like them, feel free to substitute the same amount of quinoa flakes or gluten free breadcrumbs (or regular breadcrumbs if you don't need them gluten free). For a paleo option, you can use 1/3 cup almond meal or 2-3 tbsp coconut flour to bind your meatballs together.
