A tasty smoothie that gives you an energy boast and keeps you full for hours!
- 1/2 cup quick cooking rolled oats
- 1 banana, sliced into bite sized pieces
- 1 Tbsp. Green tea powder; I use a sweetened version, if using an unsweetened version you may want to add a sweetener of your choice
- 1 Tbsp. Unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/2 tsp. Pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- Optional add-ins: chia seeds, flax seeds
- Combine all ingredients into a large glass or small bowl. Using an immersion blender, blend until all ingredients are combined.
