Green Refresh Smoothie

A green smoothie packed with great detoxing ingredients, protein and probiotics. Excellent for post workout or for a healthy breakfast to get your day started.

Ingredients (2 cups)

  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks, frozen
  • 2 cups greens (spinach or kale)
  • 1/4-1/2 cup coconut kefir or coconut water
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 knob of ginger, about the size of your thumb
  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Add more coconut water if necessary to reach your desired consistency.
  • Pour and serve!
