I am always struggling with finding portable protein rich snacks that are low-carb. So I really on there protein smoothies to get me through. I use chopped frozen zucchini to keep them frosty. I make this double batch before I go to bed and then I have one for breakie (fridge) and one for my afternoon snack (keep it in freezer overnight). Works like a charm and keeps me from cheating.
